FAMILY LAW MEDIATION NEWS

Beginning in March, the Yolo Superior Court will offer a Family Law Mediation Orientation on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month. A family law mediator will conduct sessions in Department 4 Multipurpose Room from 9-11 AM. The first session will be Tuesday, March 8.

All are encouraged to attend. The goal is to educate non-represented parties about the court process and to assist people in reaching an agreement on their parenting plan. Another important benefit of attending the orientation is that Peter Sapunor, Family Law Facilitator, will be able to give priority services to those who attend.
