Recent Changes to the Bankcruptcy Code

Sweeping changes to the Bankruptcy Code were recently enacted, and the YCBA has assembled a panel of knowledgeable local bankruptcy practitioners to explain how these changes will affect clients and practitioners.

Speakers will be Harry Roth, Esq. and Karen Ehler, Esq.

Yolo County Superior Court Mediation Program

David Blicker, Mediation Coordinator for the Yolo County Superior Court, will discuss the creation and implementation of the Court's new mediation program.

Candidate for District Attorney

Jeff Reisig, a candidate for Yolo County District Attorney, will make a short presentation. The other declared candidate, Patricia Lenzi, will be invited to speak at next month's meeting.

When: Thursday, September 15th, at noon.
Where: Casa De Sapore (formerly Pietro's), 929 Court Street, Woodland.
Cost: $15

The Yolo County Bar Association is a California State Bar approved provider of Minimum Continuing Legal Education programs and the program is approved for 1 hour of MCLE credit.
